Piece Dyeing

Piece Dyeing is used primarily for fabrics that are to be a solid color, a continuous length of dry cloth is passed full-width through a trough of hot dye solution. The cloth then goes between padded rollers that squeeze in the color evenly and removes the excess liquid.

We offer a wide range of Piece Dyeing services like dyeing Cotton Percale, Duck, Satins [200 TC to 1000 TC], Canvas, Herringbone, Sheeting’s, Poplins, Viols, Cambric, Linen, Jute, Casement Denims, Velvet, Flex, etc.

It enable customers to create the ground shade for printing or dye solid shades to co-ordinate with printed ranges as well as reactive dyed grounds for discharge style prints.

These services can be provided either on customers' own ground cloths or from the wide selection available in our stock.
